Cabbage Apple Salad
Hello K Friends! Do you like salad? Today, I will introduce a very delicious
and nutritious salad made with cabbage and apple. It's so tasty that I make it
often these days. Hope you enjoy this recipe!
Cabbage Apple Salad |
Ingredients:
- 7oz (200g) cabbage
- 5oz (140g) plain yogurt
- 1 apple
- half a lemon
- a bit parsley (optional)
- a bit almond (optional)
Making
the salad dressing:
Stir
in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
until well combined.
Preparing
the Salad:
Wash
the cabbage thoroughly, then allow it to drain. Cut into thin slices.
Thinly
slice the apple. Mince a bit of parsley. Blend the sliced ingredients with the
dressing and transfer to a serving dish.
If
nuts are your thing, feel free to sprinkle some over the salad (this step is
optional).
A
wholesome cabbage and apple salad is ready to enjoy!

Notes
- If plain yogurt isn't available, Greek yogurt is a suitable alternative.
- In the absence of a lemon, approximately 1 tablespoon of vinegar will suffice.
- For vegans, sugar can be a substitute for honey.
- Either a knife or a mandoline can be used to slice cabbage.
