Soft Tofu Egg Protein Bowl
This soft and light high-protein tofu egg bowl is ready
in just 3 minutes, even on busy mornings. It’s made in the microwave—no stove
needed—so even beginners can make it without any trouble. Perfect as a light
breakfast, a kid-friendly snack, or a diet-friendly meal.
- 2 eggs
- ½ pack soft tofu (about 180 g / 6 oz)
- ½ Tbsp tuna fish sauce (or a little salt)
- A little chopped carrot and green onion (optional)
How to Make
Step 1: Whisk the eggs
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Season with ½ tablespoon of tuna fish sauce or a little salt.
Step 2: Add the soft tofu
Cut the soft tofu in half and add it to the eggs. Gently
mash and mix with a spoon until combined. You’re almost done already!
Step 3: Add optional ingredients
For a little color and texture, add some chopped carrot and green onion.
Step 4: Microwave
Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or wrap. Microwave
for 3–4 minutes.
If it’s not fully set, add 30 seconds at a time.
Step 5: Done
Open the lid and you’ll see steam rise, your soft, fluffy
tofu egg bowl is ready!
