Sometimes I just want something light, simple, and comforting. This is one of those meals I keep coming back to. With just 3 ingredients and about 10 minutes,

you can make a meal that feels light but still satisfying. It’s easy, clean, and perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 7oz/200g napa cabbage
  • 7oz /200g mung bean sprouts
  • 5oz/150g sliced pork belly

Soy sauce

  • 2T soy sauce
  • 1T vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1T honey or sugar
  • 2T water

Peanut butter sauce

  • 2T peanut butter
  • 1T honey
  • 1/2T soy sauce
  • 2T lemon juice
  • 2T water

Instructions

1. Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and rinse all vegetables.

2. Place mung bean sprouts in a steamer. Add napa cabbage on top. Place pork belly over the vegetables. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Steam for about 10 minutes until everything is tender.

3. Soy Sauce Dip: Simply mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and water.

Peanut Sauce: Mix peanut butter with a little sweetener until smooth and creamy.

 Tip

  • You can add any vegetables you like.
  • Preparing ingredients ahead of time makes this even easier.

How to Enjoy

Take a piece of pork with vegetables, dip it into the sauce, and enjoy. It’s light, but still rich and satisfying. That’s why I keep making this again and again.
