Garlic Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) green beans
- A little red bell pepper (optional)
- 12 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- A little black pepper
Instructions
1.Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half.
2. Add 1 tsp salt to boiling water and blanch the beans for
about 5 minutes.
3. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
4. Lightly crush the garlic with the back of a knife.
5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
6. Add the green beans and stir-fry over medium-high heat.
7. Add bell pepper (optional).
