Korean-Style Egg Curry

Have you ever tried curry without meat? Eggs alone make
this dish soft, satisfying, and comforting. It’s simple to make, but full of
flavor — perfect for an easy meal at home.
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 3 curry cubes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 1/2 cups water
- A little butter
- A little gochugaru (optional)

Instructions
1. Boil or steam the eggs, then peel them.
2. Slice the onion.
3. In a pan, melt a little butter and cook the onion until
golden.
4. Add water and curry cubes. Stir until fully dissolved.
5. Add the eggs and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
(Optional) Add a little gochugaru if you want some heat.
Tips
- Cook the onion until golden for deeper flavor
- Don’t boil too long after adding eggs
- Great served over warm rice
