Have you ever tried curry without meat? Eggs alone make this dish soft, satisfying, and comforting. It’s simple to make, but full of flavor — perfect for an easy meal at home.

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 3 curry cubes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • A little butter
  • A little gochugaru (optional)

Instructions

1. Boil or steam the eggs, then peel them.

2. Slice the onion.

3. In a pan, melt a little butter and cook the onion until golden.

4. Add water and curry cubes. Stir until fully dissolved.


5. Add the eggs and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

(Optional) Add a little gochugaru if you want some heat.


Tips

  • Cook the onion until golden for deeper flavor
  • Don’t boil too long after adding eggs
  • Great served over warm rice
