Ingredients
- 2 rice papers
- 2 eggs
- 2–3 leaves cabbage, thinly sliced
- A little bell pepper, chopped
- A little ham, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- A pinch of black pepper (optional)
- 2 pinches sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
How to Make Rice Paper Pizza
1. Thinly slice the cabbage. Cut the bell pepper and ham into small pieces. In a bowl, add 2 eggs, salt, and cabbage. Mix well. If you like, add a little black pepper too.
2. Add about 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan over medium-low heat. Place 2 rice papers directly into the pan.
3. Spread the cabbage and egg mixture thinly over the rice paper. Leave a little bit of the rice paper edge uncovered for extra crispiness. Cover with a lid and cook for about 2–3 minutes on medium-low heat.
4. Once the egg is fully
set, carefully flip it over. Cook briefly, then flip it again so the topping
side faces up.
5. If you prefer a slightly sweeter flavor, mix 2 pinches of sugar into the pizza sauce. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top. Add mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
6. Cover again and cook on medium-low heat until the cheese melts completely.
