Soft Tofu Egg Recipe!
Hello everyone! There
are many times when you are thinking about what to eat today! As a cooking
channel creator, I also think about what to eat on a daily basis. So, the dish
I want to introduce today is this soft tofu egg dish. It is delicious and nutritious,
and it tastes great when eaten with rice. Then let's make it together!
Ingredients: 1 soft
tofu (soon tofu), 3 eggs, 1 green onion, a bit of carrots (optional)
Seasoning: 1T soy sauce,
1T fish sauce, 1t sugar, 1/2 T sesame oil (optional)
How to make it
Step 1: Making the
seasoning sauce
Put 1T of soy sauce, 1T of fish sauce, 1T of sugar, and 1/2T
of sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 2: Preparing
Ingredients
Cut the soft tofu in half and cut it to an appropriate size. Slice 1 green onion and finely chop a little carrot.
Put 3 eggs in a cup or bowl. Add a bit of chopped carrots and a
bit of green onions. Mix well.
Step 3: Stir-frying
Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Put the soft tofu on the pan and pour in the egg wash. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
When the eggs are cooked to some extent, add the seasoning.
Stir well over high heat. Place the finished dish in a bowl.

Notes
- If you don't have fish sauce, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- If you like spicy flavor, you can add 1 chili pepper.
- If you don't have a carrot, you can omit it.
