Cucumber Pickle Recipes

K Friends! Hope all of you are doing well! Today, I'm going to introduce crispy
and refreshing cucumber pickles. The ingredients are really simple, and it's
very easy to make. Hope you enjoy this recipe!

Cucumber Pickle
Ingredients:
- 1 pack mini cucumbers
- 1C water
- 1/2C vinegar
- 1T salt
- 2T sugar
- a bit of crushed chili peppers
- a bit of black pepper
Instructions:
Rinse
the cucumbers with water and pat them dry. Trim off the bitter ends of the
cucumbers. Slice them into a suitable thickness.
Place
the sliced cucumbers into a clean jar.
Pour
1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of
sugar, a bit of crushed chili peppers, and a bit of black pepper into a pot. Stir
the mixture until the salt and sugar dissolve. Then, bring it to a boil.
Pour
the boiled water into the jar. Close the jar with a lid after it cools down.
Leave
it at room temperature for a day and then store it in the refrigerator. It can
be consumed after one day.

- 1/2C vinegar,
- 1/2C sugar
Instructions:
Trim
off the ends. Slice them into a suitable thickness. Place the sliced cucumbers
into a clean jar.
Pour
1 cup of water Add 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of vinegar, and 1/2 cup of
sugar in a pot. Bring it to a boil.
When
it starts to boil, turn off the heat. Pour the boiled soy sauce mixture into
the jar. Just like before, leave the jar at room temperature for a day, then
refrigerate. It can be consumed after one day.
Super
easy cucumber pickles are done!

Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add more sugar, or you can omit it if you don't like sweetness.
- It's better to pour the water while it's still hot for a crunchy and delicious texture.
