Wash 2 1/2 cups of glutinous rice about three times. Drain the rice well. If you are using 2 1/2 cups of glutinous rice, add the same amount of water (2 ½ cups of water). Add 1 cup of the boiled red beans and about 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Place everything in a pressure rice cooker and select the setting for cooking white rice. Start cooking button.

After 25 minutes, once cooked, stir with a spatula to prevent the rice grains from clumping together. Enjoy very nutritious and delicious red bean rice!
