Bean Sprouts Fried Rice Recipes

Friends! Hope you are doing well! My son, who's away, bought soybean sprouts
and asked what he could cook with them. Inspired by his question, I decided to
make something simple and tasty dish. Soybean sprouts fried rice and mungbean sprouts rice. Hope you enjoy this recipe!

#1 Soybean Sprouts Fried Rice
| Soybean Sprouts Fried Rice |
Ingredients:
- 2oz (350g) soybean sprouts
- 4oz (120g) pork pork bell or pork
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 2 green onions
- Some gim (optional)
Seasoning
- 2T soy sauce
- 1T oyster sauce
- 1T cooking wine
- 2T gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1T sugar
- 1/2T minced garlic
- a pinch of pepper
Instructions
Making the sauce: In a bowl, add about
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang
- a little pepper
- 1/2T minced garlic. Mix well.
Rinse the soybean sprouts in water 2-3 times. After
rinsing, put the soybean sprouts in boiling water. Open the lid and blanch for
about 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, take out the soybean sprouts and soak
them in cold water, then drain.
Slice about 2 green onions. Slice some pork belly or pork
into small pieces.
Heat a pan with 1-2tablespoons of oil. Toss in chopped green onions and sauté until
aromatic. Then, add the chopped pork and stir-fry over medium-high heat for
about a minute.
After 1 minute, Add the sauce and stir-fry.
Add about 2 bowls of rice. Stir fry well and add the
blanched and drained soybean sprouts and mix well. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
After stirring well for a minute, add a spoon of sesame oil and some sesame seeds, then put it in a bowl. For extra taste and looks, you can put a fried egg on top if you want.
If you like gim, sprinkle some on the rice too. Flavorful and crunchy and delicious soybean sprout fried rice is done!

#2 Mungbean Sprouts Fried Rice
Having trouble finding soybean sprouts? Then I'll show
you how to make it with mung bean sprouts!

Ingredients
- 12 oz (350g) mung bean sprouts
- 4 oz (120g) pork pork bell or pork
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 2 green onions
- Some gim (optional)
Seasoning
- 2T soy sauce
- 1T oyster sauce
- 1T cooking wine
- 2T gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1T sugar
- 1/2T minced garlic
- a pinch of pepper
Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped green onions.
Stir-fry well. Just like before, when the aroma of the green onions comes out,
add the chopped pork. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
After 1 minute, Add the sauce. (2T soy sauce, 1T oyster
sauce, 1T cooking wine, 2T gochujang, 1T sugar, 1/2T minced garlic, a pinch of
pepper) Stir-fry well.
Add about 2 bowls of rice and mix well with the seasoning
so that the rice grains separate.
Add the washed and drained mung bean sprouts. Mix well
and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and
sprinkle a little sesame seeds, then mix well.
Savory and crunchy mungbean sprouts fried rice is done!
