Beef Rice Ball

Today, I’m excited to
introduce you to Korean Beef Rice Balls that will captivate your taste buds.
These rice balls, featuring tender, well-seasoned beef and savory rice, are
easy to make yet incredibly delicious. Perfect for lunch boxes, picnics, or party
snacks, this dish is so tasty you’ll find yourself craving it again and again. Hope
you enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2
bowls rice
- 3.5oz (100g) ground beef
- Some chopped bell pepper
- Some chopped carrot
- 1T soy sauce
- 1/2T sugar
- 1/2T sesame oil
- 1t minced garlic
- a bit salt and pepper
- a bit cooking oil
Instructions
Combine ground beef with 1
tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, a bit of pepper, and 1 tsp
minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Finely chop a bit of carrot
and bell pepper.
After 10 minutes, Stir-fry the marinated beef in a preheated pan, breaking up clumps. Cook until moisture evaporates. Add chopped vegetables and 2 pinches of salt, stir-fry for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
Making the Rice Balls: Mix 2
bowls of rice with 2 pinches of salt, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and some sesame
seeds. Add stir-fried beef and vegetables, mix well. Shape the mixture into
rice balls with your hands.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of
salt. Lightly grease a pan. Spread 1 tbsp of the egg mixture thinly in the pan.
Place a beef rice ball on the egg and roll it up carefully.
Fancy and delicious beef

Notes
- Be careful not to use too much oil in the pan, as it might make rolling the egg difficult.
