Smoked Salmon Rice Balls |
Smoked salmon rice balls are a very popular recipe on social media these days. Honestly, it's one of my favorite dishes. It's really simple to make and tastes great. You will find yourself craving it again and again.😊
Ingredients
- 2 bowls rice
- 3.5 oz (100g) smoked salmon
- 1 small mini cucumber
- a small amount of onion
- 2T mayonnaise
- 1/2 T Sriracha sauce
Instructions
Finely chop smoked salmon, mini cucumber, and a small amount of red onion.
Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2
tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional). Mix well.
Place some rice on plastic wrap. Add smoked salmon mixture on top. Gather plastic wrap to shape into a ball.
Optionally, roll in gim flakes and sesame seeds for extra flavor.
This simple yet unique smoked salmon rice ball is done!
