 Soft and Pudding-like Steamed Eggs 



Using a microwave, you can make steamed eggs quickly and easily. Just mix the necessary ingredients, put them in a microwave-safe container, and microwave for a few minutes. This method allows you to create pudding-like, soft, and delicious steamed eggs without any complicated steps. Enjoy tasty steamed eggs conveniently, even on busy days.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • A bit scallion (optional)
  • A bit carrot (optional)
  • 1/2t salt
  • 1t sesame oil
  • 1 1/2C hot water

 Instructions

Finely chop one green onion. Thinly slice and chop the carrot into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix 5 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

Add 1.5 cups of hot water to cook the eggs faster. Strain the mixture for a smoother texture.



Optionally, add chopped green onions or carrots.


Use a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap with holes. Microwave for 6-7 minutes.


After 6-7 minutes, perfectly Soft and Pudding-like Steamed Egg is done!
