 Peanut Chili Oil Ramen

Peanut Chili Oil Ramen

Today, I’m making something a little different with Shin Ramyun—Peanut Chili Oil Ramyun. It’s a great combo that’s full of flavor, but not too heavy or spicy. Whether you're a big fan of ramyun or just looking for a new way to enjoy it, I think you’ll really like this one. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 pack of Shin Ramyun
  • ½ packet of soup powder (from the Shin Ramyun)
  • Dried vegetable flakes (from the Shin Ramyun)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp cooking oil (for chili oil effect)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

 Instructions

Step 1. Boil water and cook the noodles for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain and rinse quickly under cold water to keep them chewy.

Step 2. Chop 1 green onion. Slice the boiled egg in half.

Step 3. In a pan, heat 2–3 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat. Add: Chopped green onion (save some for garnish), dried veggie flakes, ½ packet of soup powder, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp peanut butter. Let it sizzle! The hot oil brings out a rich, nutty, and spicy aroma.

Step 4. Add the noodles to the sauce and toss until everything is well coated.

Step 5. Transfer to a bowl, top with boiled egg and extra green onion. Enjoy the creamy peanut flavor with a chili oil twist—so good and satisfying!
