Soft Banana Bread

Hi everyone! Today, we're making deliciously soft banana
bread using just a rice cooker. It’s incredibly simple—no oven needed!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pancake mix
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork or hand blender until mostly smooth. Add 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt to the bananas. Mix well.
Stir in 1 cup pancake mix and ½ cup almond flour until
combined. Mix well.
Pour batter into your rice cooker pot.
Set rice cooker to "Multicook" for 50 minutes.
(Don’t use the regular rice setting!)
When finished, check with a chopstick—if it comes out clean, the bread is ready. Flip the pot carefully to remove bread and let cool.
