Easy Cheesy Ramyun

Think instant noodles are just a quick snack? Wait until
you try this creamy, cheesy ramyun pasta. It’s rich, comforting, and way better
than you’d expect—All with just one pack of noodles.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 pack of ramyun
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- A little onion, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ packet of seasoning powder (from the ramyun)
- Dried veggie flakes (from the ramyun)
- ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- A handful of cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
- A little parsley (optional)
- Cooking oil for stir-frying
Instructions
Step 1
Slice garlic and onion. Chop parsley if using.
Step 2
Boil the noodles for 2 minutes 30 seconds. (This keeps
them nice and chewy like pasta.)
Step 3
In a pan, heat a little oil. Stir-fry the garlic and
onion until golden and fragrant. Pour in ¾ cup milk, then add: ½ packet of
seasoning powder, dried veggie flakes, ½ tbsp mayonnaise,1 tsp sugar. Stir well
Step 4
Add the noodles into the sauce. Toss in a handful of cheese. Stir gently for 30 seconds until everything is creamy.
Step 5
Plate the noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
