Easiest Korean One-Pan Kimbap | So simple and so delicious!😋

 One-Pan Kimbap

One-Pan Kimbap

Do you love kimbap? It’s one of the most popular Korean foods, but cooking each filling one by one can feel like too much work. That’s why I want to show you an easier way! With this One-Pan Kimbap, you cook the veggies and eggs all at once in a single pan. It saves time, makes cleanup simple, and still tastes amazing. I often make this recipe for myself on busy days, and I think you’ll love it too.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • A little bit of carrot
  • 1–2 green onions
  • 3 imitation crab sticks
  • A small amount of red bell pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 1 sheet of dried seaweed (gim)
  • A little sesame oil & sesame seeds
  • A little salt

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare the ingredients

Slice the carrot into thin strips. Cut the green onion into short pieces (you can also use chives). Shred the crab sticks with your hands. Chop the red bell pepper into small pieces.

Step 2. Cook everything in one pan

Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the carrot first, then the rest of the veggies and crab sticks. Stir-fry for about 1 minute on medium-high heat and season with a pinch of salt. Crack in 3 eggs, gently break the yolks, and lower the heat to medium-low. Cook until the eggs are set. Flip once, and cook the other side for about 1 minute.

Step 3. Season the rice

In a bowl of warm rice, add 2 pinches of salt, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Mix well — this makes the rice taste just like kimbap shop rice!

Step 4. Roll the kimbap

Cut the egg-veggie pancake in half. Cut the gim (seaweed sheet) in half as well. Spread a thin layer of rice on the gim, then place the egg-veggie pancake on top. (Optional) Add one strip of pickled radish for extra crunch and flavor. Roll it up tightly.

Step 5. Finish and serve

Brush the outside with a little sesame oil. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

That’s it! One-pan kimbap is super easy, quick, and tasty — perfect for busy days.

Honestly, I could eat this every day. Try it out and share it with your family!
